Lately, Ive been thinking along these terms. Surely there's the part of me that strives for perfection - just as God would have it. But at some point we have to acknowledge our current condition and accept it before we can move on. So my philosophy goes something like this:

I'm not impressed with who I am, but I am proud of whom I'm becoming. I love the me that I have already become, but I'm in love with the me that God is molding me into.
